Who can ask about disability?
If you are applying for a job, an employer cannot ask you if you are disabled or ask about the nature or severity of your disability. An employer can ask if you can perform the duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
What evidence do you need for DSA?
You won’t automatically get DSA – you need to submit evidence to Student Finance England. You can submit a digital copy of your evidence via your student finance account. A copy of a report or letter from your doctor or consultant — Student Finance England can also accept a disability evidence form.
Who determines if someone has a disability?
